WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City to comply with all such environmental laws, rules and regulations for the benefit, welfare, and best interest of the citizens of Bronte;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 COLLECTION CHARGES WITHIN CITY LIMITS:
The monthly rates and charges shall be, to-wit:
Residential $ 13.00
Commercial 18.00
Church 18.00
Café, Restaurant 26.00
Service Station, Garage 33.00
Motel 33.00
Nursing Home 165.00
Laundry 40.00
Car Wash 40.00
Food Processing Plant
With Grease Trap 40.00
Without Grease Trap 330.00
Training Center/School 330.00
SECTION 2 COLLECTION CHARGES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS:
The monthly rates and charges shall be, to-wit:
Residential $23.00
SECTION 4 CONNECTION FEE:
A connection charge of $275.00 shall be received prior to the connection of said user to the system.
This ordinance shall be effective as of October 1, 2015.
